Producer’s Tasting Notes:
Nose: Opens sweetly (home baked shortbread) then develops to an attractive maritime quality.
Palate: A subtle combination of a sweet, salty & smoky character + an interesting soft tar style.
Finish: Long - carrying a warmingly spiced quality plus a lingering smoked meat style.
