Reconnecting with aromatic richness which has built the reputation of Armagnac.&  decree of AOC identifies 10 Armagnac grape varieties: Ugni-blanc, Colombard, Folle blanche, Baco but also 6 others, almost disappeared: Meslier St François, Plant de Graisse, Mauzac blanc, Mauzac rosé, Clairette de Gascogne and Jurançon Blanc.They are called the Ghost grape varieties. One must then find and plant them again.

This is how  Domaine D'Aurensan used to call the plot where they have planted, year after year the 6 lost grape varieties of the ARMAGNAC AOC. there are planted all together, as it used to be, before Phylloxera crisis.

The Carré des fantômes shows us the way to organic cultivation.

It has an expressive nose, and a delicate lime tree floral notes hinted withy honey.

All purchases will be shipped within 3 business days. Each business day ends at 17:00 Hong Kong local time.

All purchases above the sub-total of $1800 HKD will be waived of delivery fees. For deliveries within Hong Kong $80 HKD will be charged if the purchase which total amount is below $1800 HKD.

Deliveries can only be made to Discovery Bay, Park Island and Tung Chun on Tuesday and Thursday.
