A 'unicorn release' distilled in 2007 at the Fettercairn distillery and matured for 14 years by independent Scotch whisky bottlers, Thompson Bros. Created from a vatting of 2 refill American oak barrels, 508 bottles only filled at 55.1% vol.
Nose: apples and vanilla biscuits. Custard, brioche and cake. Palate: more of these sweet grains, now with peaches, stewed apples and lemon candy, a good dollop of honey. Finish: medium, more citrus candy and stone fruits, with active wood behind it.

All purchases above the sub-total of $1800 HKD will be waived of delivery fees. For deliveries within Hong Kong $80 HKD will be charged if the purchase which total amount is below $1800 HKD.

Deliveries can only be made to Discovery Bay, Park Island and Tung Chun on Tuesday and Thursday.
