Distilled at a mystery Highland distillery in 2000, this single malt was allowed to mature for 21 years. There's some pretty cool artwork on the label, maybe it might give you a hint as to which distillery it comes from.
The nose is candied fruits and juicy dates, damp oak with notes of old leather, nutty with underlying minerality. The palate is deep, rich oak, earthy wood spice tangles with caramelised nuts and waxed peels. The finish is more flinty mineral notes on the finish, still sweet with wafts of dried orange and pecans.

All purchases above the sub-total of $1800 HKD will be waived of delivery fees. For deliveries within Hong Kong $80 HKD will be charged if the purchase which total amount is below $1800 HKD.

Deliveries can only be made to Discovery Bay, Park Island and Tung Chun on Tuesday and Thursday.
