The Thompson Brothers began their whisky bottling in enterprise in 2013. Distilled at an undisclosed distillery on Orkney, matured in a refill American oak hogshead. Bottled in 2021 with 387 bottles being filled and bottled at cask strength. The original, cheerful label with viking helmets, weapons and rune signs indicates which Orkney distillery we can think of with this single malt whisky.
On the nose is honeydew and cantaloupe melon, honey and a hint of soft smoke. The palate is more soft stone fruits, a touch of peat, peaches and vanilla. The long finish with salty and sweet oak.

All purchases above the sub-total of $1800 HKD will be waived of delivery fees. For deliveries within Hong Kong $80 HKD will be charged if the purchase which total amount is below $1800 HKD.

Deliveries can only be made to Discovery Bay, Park Island and Tung Chun on Tuesday and Thursday.
