A single cask from a mystery Speyside distillery bottled by the Thompson Bros. Distilled in 1989 and bottled 31 years later. Featuring a brilliant 'build your own' Speyside distillery kit on the label.

The Thompson Brothers began their whisky bottling in enterprise in 2013, establishing the Black Isle Whisky Company in their native Dornoch. The brothers, Simon and Philip, renamed the operation as the Dornoch Distilling Company in 2015, opening the Dornoch distillery the following year.

All purchases will be shipped within 3 business days. Each business day ends at 17:00 Hong Kong local time.

All purchases above the sub-total of $1800 HKD will be waived of delivery fees. For deliveries within Hong Kong $80 HKD will be charged if the purchase which total amount is below $1800 HKD.

Deliveries can only be made to Discovery Bay, Park Island and Tung Chun on Tuesday and Thursday.

There will also be additional delivery costs incurred to deliveries made for Cheung Chau, Lo Wu; Sha Tau Kok, Lok Ma Chau, Mai Po, Ta Kwu Ling; Po Toi, and Lamma Island. Please get in touch to know more of the arrangements.
