By combining chocolate and rum, we have crafted a selection of savory dishes that are nothing short of extraordinary.


One of the masterminds behind Conspiracy Chocolate, Amit Oz, grew up in Hong Kong, but his Israeli roots and family's culinary talents shaped his passion for cooking. Growing up, he spent time in his grandfather's Mediterranean restaurant kitchen as well as his mother's North African and Italian home kitchen, which inspired him to experiment with various flavors and ingredients. Chef Dennis Pang, on the other hand, has honed his craft under the tutelage of renowned chefs and culinary legends, making him an ideal partner for this collaboration.


And let's not forget about Samaroli’s rare, exquisite vintage rum collection, carefully selected by The Whisky Library, which adds the perfect finishing touch to this already impressive team.


The menu is a veritable explosion of flavors, featuring light expressions as well as full-bodied rums and robust chocolate flavors. Each dish has been meticulously crafted to leave a lasting impression and leave you wanting more. And the grand finale? 由 The Whisky Library 與 Samaroli 聯乘 Conspiracy Chocolate 的創辦人之一 Amit Oz 及聯合主廚 Chef Dennis Pang,為您帶來這場足以牽起一番新浪潮的精品晚宴。晚宴的菜單設計以融合冧酒及可可為主軸,由輕食、主菜到甜點,將冧酒及可可以各種意想不到的形態及方式呈現。


於以色列出生、在香港長大的 Amit Oz,是 Conspiracy Chocolate 的創辦人之一,他來自一個熱愛烹飪料理的家庭 — 經營地中海餐廳的爺爺,加上母親的北非及意大利家庭料理,讓他自小對食物已有敏銳的觸覺,醉心研究搭配不同的香料與味道。


而另一位主廚 Chef Dennis Pang,從小在一個如聯合國的環境成長,嚐盡不同文化背景的祖母的巧手料理,燃起了他對烹飪料理的熱誠,讓他踏上磨練廚藝的旅程,跟隨不同的名廚學師。


再加上由 The Whisky Library 從 Samaroli Collection 2022 之中悉心挑選的精品陳釀冧酒,讓兩位才華洋溢的主廚,把他們的意念及廚藝更發揮得淋漓盡致。


這場晚宴的菜單設計,讓豐富而複雜的味道在舌尖上碰撞,將冧酒與可可的不同個性,以輕柔逐漸轉化到強烈的層次呈現,令人不禁期待接下來還有如何的驚喜;在最後將以品嚐陳年精品冧酒及選用越南 Dak Lak 單一產區可可豆製造的手工朱古力甜品,為感觀與味蕾劃上圓滿的句號。
