Barr Hill Gin is distilled once in custom-built botanical extraction still with hand-crushed, juniper, and then finished with raw honey from the region. The raw honey contributes botanical depth from the countless wildflowers foraged by the bees. How do we extract such complexity from simple raw materials? The secrets are kept in the hive.

All purchases will be shipped within 3 business days. Each business day ends at 17:00 Hong Kong local time.

All purchases above the sub-total of $1800 HKD will be waived of delivery fees. For deliveries within Hong Kong $80 HKD will be charged if the purchase which total amount is below $1800 HKD.

Deliveries can only be made to Discovery Bay, Park Island and Tung Chun on Tuesday and Thursday.
