Ardnahoe 首款單一麥芽威士忌的問世,無疑是一場姿態自信的華麗登場。此款 5 年熟成酒款以 50% ABV 的理想強度裝瓶,悉心熟成於波本桶與 Oloroso 雪莉桶中,並堅持天然酒色與非冷凝過濾,完整保留純粹風味。

酒款採用源自 Port Ellen Maltings、泥煤值約 40 ppm 的麥芽釀造,在向經典艾雷島煙燻風味致敬的同時,更展現出細緻而現代的平衡美感。初聞,泥煤煙燻、英式奶油酥餅、濃郁果乾蛋糕與香草的香氣交織而至;入口,質地如卡士達般絲滑順口,甜美麥芽與柔和的橡木香料在舌尖優雅共鳴。

尾韻悠長且帶著迷人的煙燻感,微微的乾爽中,留下一抹餘燼與香料的精緻迴響。作為酒廠的開山之作,其完成度與內斂氣度令人驚艷——雖年輕,卻已自成一格。

Islay’s newest voice, already in tune

Ardnahoe’s maiden single malt marks a remarkably confident debut. Bottled at 50% ABV, this 5-year-old expression has been matured in a thoughtful combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks, presented in its natural color and without chill-filtration.

Crafted from Port Ellen malted barley peated to approximately 40 ppm, the liquid honors classic Islay smoke while maintaining a refined, modern equilibrium. The nose opens with an inviting bouquet of peat smoke, buttery shortbread, rich fruit cake, and sweet vanilla. On the palate, it unfolds into a creamy, custard-like texture, beautifully balanced by sweet malt and a gentle touch of oak spice.

The finish is long, smoky, and elegantly dry, leaving behind lingering notes of ash and refined spice. For an inaugural release, Ardnahoe feels exceptionally composed—youthful, yet already possessing a deeply distinctive character.
