A Tipsy Dialogue: Wagashi and Whisky Pairing
What happens when the fruity and woody notes of Scotch whisky encounter the delicate, "less-sweet" handcrafted Wagashi from MOLAMOLA?

We cordially invite you to experience this cross-cultural collision of flavors. Guided by our Librarian, you will explore the perfect balance through a curated "one-on-one" pairing of 4 exquisite bite-sized Wagashi and 4 premium whiskies.

🍵 Tasting Highlights:
4 Limited Edition Wagashi: Handcrafted by MOLAMOLA artisans using a reduced-sugar recipe. Journey through notes of spice, bitterness, sweetness, and fragrance to rediscover traditional desserts.

4 Independent Bottling (IB) Whiskies: Handpicked by The Whisky Library, featuring three distinct Scottish regions and two independent bottlers.

Guided Flavor Journey: An accessible introduction to the artistic imagery of Wagashi and the complex flavor profiles of whisky.
