At the Château de Léberon, Family Rozès are keeping alive the memory of the place and its history. That memory is completely intact in their vintages. Each one gives back the memory of the year of its harvest and of the long maturing process that brought it to them. They have thus decided to offer nothing but vintage Armagnacs, following the pure tradition of Armagnac.

A vin muté a l'Armagnac is the result of adding Armagnac to the freshly pressed fruit must. In this way, fermentation is not possible, and a product is obtained that is both fruity and spirited. In the case at hand, the Chateau de Leberon uses Colombard grape must, and the result is aged in barrels in a solera that began in 1987.
