Cameron Bridge is a Scottish grain distillery located in Fife, known for producing high-quality grain whisky. Established in the late 19th century, it is one of the largest grain distilleries in Scotland, primarily supplying whisky for blends.
Cameron Bridge uses continuous column stills for distillation, allowing for a smooth, light spirit that serves as a base for various blended Scotch whiskies. The distillery is also known for its own single grain whisky expressions, which typically feature notes of vanilla, caramel, and fruit, showcasing the versatility of grain whisky in the Scotch market.
This 29 year old Cameronbridge Single Grain was distilled in 1991 and is one of 235 bottles produced, at cask strength of 50% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
