大家將接觸到一系列稀有的獨立裝瓶威士忌、Rum酒、干邑白蘭地、雅文邑等烈酒,以及朱古力和各種可可產品, 更包括冬季節日限定、前所未見的新口味,以及首次推出的 Conspiracy's bean-to-bonbon:新鮮松露朱古力、果仁糖和更多手工糖果。大家還可以參加各種體驗工作坊,包括烈酒品飲、朱古力與威士忌、清酒、葡萄酒和茶等等的配搭品飲班,以及關於送禮學問、朱古力擺盤設計、威士忌與音樂搭配等的研討工作坊。Conspiracy Chocolate 以古代及傳統方法製作可可;The Whisky Library 著重烈酒的傳統工藝,我們的概念店將帶領各位訪客踏上從 bean to the bar、從 grain to the glass 的旅程。
Conspiracy Chocolate 與 The Whisky Library 在過去兩年一直有著共同的品牌價值觀——熱情和誠信,並與全球市場上質量最好、用料和工藝皆最高的供應商合作。今次的合作計劃,始於一次威士忌與朱古力配襯品飲活動。自那次發現威士忌與朱古力配搭的可能性後,再經過進一步研究,在今年冬天,構想終於成真。我們將在此聯乘概念店, 一同提供鑑賞家與老饕們最喜歡的烈酒與朱古力產品。
概念店的設計外觀和氛圍以兩個故事為靈感:在冬日以匠心手工製朱古力向可可豐富迷人的歷史過程致敬,而另一個是有關小批量、獨立裝瓶傳統烈酒的起源。店裡將融合兩個故事,展示獨立裝瓶烈酒、如優質陳年威士忌、罕有單年份白蘭地、Rum酒等,以及一系列手工製作的朱古力棒、朱古力糖果(糖果、松露、果仁糖)和其他創意朱古力作品。我們期望每位顧客都選購到最合心意的禮物。概念店亦會提供精緻工藝零售與各種體驗工作坊,大家將有機會參與日間的體驗工作坊,以及晚上的品酒活動和研討會。
充滿節日氣息的冬季將至,我們為概念店準備了一系列不同的特色應節商品。從罕有的蘇格蘭威士忌、各國的精品列酒,到經過整年精心鑽研和設計、全手工製造的特色朱古力,將於今個冬天為大家帶來獨一無二的體驗。除了各種的應節產品,於 The Whisky Library x Conspiracy Chocolate pop-up 店更會有限定獨家定制產品。Conspiracy Chocolate 將繼續以最天然的食材,融合歐洲及亞洲的獨特香料風味,創作出全新朱古力糖果,100% 香港製造。

The Whisky Library & Conspiracy Chocolate present a winter pop-up featuring a variety of spirits and never-before-seen chocolates in ifc mall
The Whisky library x Conspiracy Chocolate - Hong Kong’s own home grown chocolate makers and spirit curators are launching a joint pop-up for the most delicious season, in ifc mall, from November 11th to May 4th.
Visitors will be able to buy an incredible range of rare independently bottled whisky, rum, Cognac, Armagnac and more, as well as chocolate and cacao products, including winter holiday specials, never-before-seen flavours, and for the first time, Conspiracy’s bean-to-bonbon: fresh truffles, pralines and more handmade confectionery. Visitors will also participate in experiences and workshops, including tastings, pairings of chocolate & whisky, pairings with other flavours such as sake, wine and tea, and workshops on gifting curation, chocolate board design, rituals, matching whisky with music and more.
Conspiracy Chocolate celebrates cacao in all its forms from ancient to traditional and more. The Whisky Library celebrates the timeless craftsmanship of spirits, and the venue will take visitors on a journey from the bean to the bar, from the grain to the glass; into the jungle where cacao grows and into the Scottish landscape where whisky is made and aged. Conspiracy Chocolate and The Whisky Library have been collaborating for the past two years based on the brands’ shared values of passion and integrity, represented by product lines of the highest quality of ingredients and craftsmanship available in the global market. The cooperation was initiated organically by customers who purchased the products together. It was further studied in a series of whisky & chocolate pairing events, cemented in a combined product range of chocolate bars infused with whisky, and this winter it will be celebrated in a shared concept store delivering luxury flavour and aroma experience of connoisseurs’ favourite gourmet products for the winter time.
The design of the store is inspired by existence in nature and the experience of connecting with an artisan through the depth and complexity of the flavours they have created. The look and feel of the joint pop-up tell two stories: One is a celebration of chocolate in winter and the holidays diving into cacao’s rich history and mesmerising process, and the other is the timeless origin of traditional spirits expressed in premium, small-batch independent bottles. The venue will blend the two stories in artistic visual merchandising, emphasising pairings, harmonious hosting, and impactful gifting.
The focus of the space is a luxury-craft retail experience. The space will showcase premium, exclusive independently labelled spirits, premium aged whisky, rum and more, alongside a collection of hand-crafted chocolate bars, chocolate confectionery (bonbons, truffles, pralines) and other chocolate creations. Visitors will have the opportunity to engage in experiences through the day, and tasting events & workshops in the evenings.
The pop-up looks to engage with both experienced connoisseurs of artisan whisky and bean to bar chocolate, as well as curious newcomers hoping to learn about them. Visitors will have the opportunity to sign up for spirit tastings and pairings, or try different chocolates on the spot. They will also be able to sign up for workshops which take place in the popup, covering more advanced topics around gifting, hosting, plating, creating pairings of flavour and more.
Both brands have been preparing for the holiday season all year and will be displaying a curated range of their best bottles, bars and fresh pralines.The winter is a time for celebration. Conspiracy’s chefs and The Whisky Library have been working all year on their most prestigious creations for the occasion. These products can not be found anywhere year-round and are traditionally the most sought-after as the holiday season begins.
Beside the annual winter products, we have created bespoke, exclusive products only for the joint pop-up that cannot be found anywhere else. For the first time, Conspiracy Chocolate will be making fresh pralines in their signature approach of classic European, Asian and playful flavours, all made in Hong Kong of natural whole foods.
