It doesn't matter that the Speyside distillery has to remain a secret: the fact that the Thompson Brothers selected this single malt whisky gives us enough confidence. 

Hailing from an undisclosed Speyside distillery, it's a splendid 11-year-old single malt, independently bottled by Thompson Bros. Distilled in 2011, the whisky was drawn from a pair of refill sherry butts in 2023 and brought down to a palatable 48.5% ABV before bottling.

Expect plenty of creamy grist, meaty malt, ginger bread and zesty fruit here.

All purchases above the sub-total of $1800 HKD will be waived of delivery fees. For deliveries within Hong Kong $80 HKD will be charged if the purchase which total amount is below $1800 HKD.

Deliveries can only be made to Discovery Bay, Park Island and Tung Chun on Tuesday and Thursday.
