Hailing from an undisclosed Speyside distillery, it's a splendid 11-year-old single malt, independently bottled by Thompson Bros. Distilled in 2011, the whisky was drawn from a pair of refill sherry butts in 2023 and brought down to a palatable 48.5% ABV before bottling.
Expect plenty of creamy grist, meaty malt, ginger bread and zesty fruit here.
