After initially maturing in traditional oak casks over a number of years, the spirit has been finished in a hand-selected, Single Amarone Wine Cask from the Valpolicella Region in Northern Italy. Anticipate an explosion of spices on the nose and hints of tropical sweetness. The palate delivers those ginger and nutmeg notes, coupled with milk chocolate and running to a tangy raspberry finish.
