干邑

干邑是白蘭地的一種,必須在法國干邑地區製作,方可稱為干邑白蘭地。在經過蒸餾和陳年後,也被稱為「生命之水」。在指定使用的葡萄品種之中,Ugni blanc(在當地亦被稱為Saint-Emilion)為最被廣泛使用。干邑必須使用銅製壺式蒸餾器蒸餾兩次,並在Limousin或Tronçais的法國橡木桶中陳年至少兩年。
