The Whisky Library 與 Conspiracy Chocolate 再次聯手,於今年初剛完成大規模翻新的奢華精品酒店銅鑼灣 Lanson Place,一連兩日以全新烈酒及手工朱古力組合配搭的 Masterclass,為您呈獻一場充滿驚奇的感觀之旅。


銅鑼灣 Lanson Place 這次的全面翻新工程,邀請了來自巴黎的世界級酒店設計大師Pierre-Yves Rochon 操刀,為酒店塑造出一個典雅而流露大自然之美的專屬生活空間。今次 Masterclass 將於酒店內低調奢華的法式格調餐廳 Salon Lanson 舉行,讓大家在靜謐且淡雅的氛圍之下,放慢節奏細細品味。


本地手工朱古力品牌 Conspiracy Chocolate 對朱古力有著無可比擬的堅持與執著,每一排手工朱古力及朱古力糖果,都由他們的團隊從一粒可可豆開始,親自烘焙、磨豆、凝固、陳年、調溫、入模,於每個工序都灌注了他們對朱古力的熱誠,務求為香港帶來最優質的手工朱古力。


今次我們精心挑選了五款香港限定蘇格蘭威士忌及法國干邑,與 Conspiracy Chocolate 經過多次反覆嘗試實驗,配對了五款能帶出有趣味蕾體驗的手工朱古力,帶給大家一個全新的美酒佳餚搭配體驗。

The Whisky Library and Conspiracy Chocolate have once again joined hands to present a remarkable sensory journey at the newly renovated luxury boutique hotel, Lanson Place, in Causeway Bay. Over the course of two days, we are hosting a Masterclass featuring five exquisite pairings of premium spirits and handcrafted chocolates.


The recent comprehensive renovation of Lanson Place in Causeway Bay has been masterfully executed by world-renowned hotel designer Pierre-Yves Rochon from Paris, creating a refined living space that beautifully reflects the elegance of nature. This Masterclass will take place in the subtly luxurious French-style restaurant, Salon Lanson, allowing guests to savor the experience in a tranquil and elegant atmosphere.


Conspiracy Chocolate exhibits an unparalleled dedication to the art of chocolate. Each handcrafted chocolate and bon-bon is meticulously crafted by their team, starting from a single cocoa bean. They roast, grind, temper, mold, and age each batch, infusing every step of the process with their passion for chocolate, striving to bring the finest artisanal chocolates to Hong Kong.


This time, we have meticulously selected five Hong Kong exclusive Scotch whiskies and French cognacs, which Conspiracy Chocolate and us have paired through extensive experimentation with five artisanal chocolates. This collaboration promises to deliver a delightful experience that redefines the pairing of fine spirits and gourmet delights.
