Matured for 13 years in a single Oloroso Sherry Butt this is 1 of only 769 bottles! Invariably bottled at 50% strength to maintain drinkability, each new expression is non-chillfiltered to ensure that the personality of each cask remains. 

At the tip of the tongue, Stewed fruits, dark chocolate transform into the aroma of a campfire, light leather. The lingering finish leaves a delightful and satisfying dark fruits, ginger, lemon peel, Islay peat smoke, and toasted oak.
