Jean Grosperrin is a fifth-generation cognac producer. The family has been making cognac since 1860, and their expertise is evident in this bottle. The cognac is made from a blend of eaux-de-vie that have been aged in oak barrels for ten years. This gives the cognac its complex flavour and smooth finish.
This Fins Bois cognac comes from two plots of vines located in the commune of Champmillon. The vines have been cultivated organically since 1990 by a convinced woman, who has been running her farm alone since her father's death. This cognac ages in Jean Grosperrin's cellars on the banks of the Charente.
