This is the principle of the aging method called SOLERA. It's a perpetual reserve that Family Rozès keep feeding. These aging methods give exceptional continuity and melt.

This system originates from Andalusia, however all wine regions have their own tradition. In Armagnac, they called it the cellar master's cask.

At Château de Léberon, their Solera was started in 2001.

All purchases will be shipped within 3 business days. Each business day ends at 17:00 Hong Kong local time.

All purchases above the sub-total of $1800 HKD will be waived of delivery fees. For deliveries within Hong Kong $80 HKD will be charged if the purchase which total amount is below $1800 HKD.

Deliveries can only be made to Discovery Bay, Park Island and Tung Chun on Tuesday and Thursday.

There will also be additional delivery costs incurred to deliveries made for Cheung Chau, Lo Wu; Sha Tau Kok, Lok Ma Chau, Mai Po, Ta Kwu Ling; Po Toi, and Lamma Island. Please get in touch to know more of the arrangements.
