A 1990s vintage release from Lowland single grain producer Girvan, released by independent bottler Thompson Bros. If you like well-aged single grains, it’s a must-try. 

This 32 year old Girvan on the nose brings green apples and pears in with a springtime grassiness. Beeswax, a whiff of coconut, and milk bottle sweeties. The Palate is vanilla ice cream, cinnamon, kiwi, apple crisps and pineapple juice, There’s a softness to the texture. Medium length finish, soft & elegant with more fruit, spices.

This bottling was born from a marriage of two refill hogshead that were both originally filled in 1990, Just 278 bottles were produced.
