Invergordon Distillery was founded in 1959 and started operations in 1961. The distillery has a reputation for consistency and quality in grain whisky production. This 55 years old single cask single grain whisky was distilled by Invergordon Distillery in 1966, bottled by Douglas Laing under XOP series, only 95 bottles were produced.
Aromas of autumn fruit, brown sugar & clove studded oranges fill the nose, complemented by notes of delicious vanilla, warming oak and milk chocolate throughout the palate, extremely rich & lovely smooth texture.
