This MMC Cuvee 2 was aged on lies (sediments) for at least 25 years in casks. Originated from a beautiful property of the Grande Champagne area. It is a typical example of very old MMCs of the region, with nice acidity.
The beautiful amber colour liquid carries notes of candied fruits, old Porto wine & old cognac on the nose. The palate is rich and round, well balanced with a beautiful acidity.
