Ocean-kissed, poised, and profoundly French
In the realm of fine Cognac, true distinction transcends the mere metrics of age statements and alcohol strength; it resides in the harmony of balance and provenance. Dessert Series IV, Oléron stands as the quintessence of this understated aesthetic.
Serving as Chapter IV of the acclaimed "Dessert Series," this exceptional expression is a Hong Kong exclusive, strictly limited to 196 bottles. As an exclusive bottling for The Whisky Library, it carries unparalleled value for collectors and discerning palates alike.
A Pure Dialogue of Time and Coastal Terroir
Distilled in 2003 and matured through nearly two decades, this liquid history is presented at its natural cask strength of 52.3% ABV. To preserve the liquid’s innermost soul and profound depth, it remains unaltered from cask to bottle, undiluted, uncolored, and with zero added sugar.
The spirit originates from the Bois Ordinaires cru on France’s Île d’Oléron. This island vineyard, enveloped by Atlantic sea breezes, infuses the spirit with a delicate salinity and mineral iodine nuance. Defying the conventions of traditional inland profiles, it elegantly delivers a highly elusive and profoundly refreshing "Coastal Style."
