我們隆重介紹, Douglas Laing的新酒廠-- Strathearn  Distillery! Strathearn是蘇格蘭其中一間最細的酒廠，位於高地，2019年被Douglas Laing收購後，於2024推出收購後的首款作品。

這款限量版單一麥芽威士忌採用Maris Otter Malt精心釀製，注重風味而非產量。在最優質的酒桶中陳釀，以50% 裝瓶, 呈現出豐富而精緻的口感及自然色澤，且沒有經過冷凝過濾。

Strathearn Single Malt聞起來有溫和的橡木、香料、蘋果及杏桃的果香，口感順滑，糖漿般的口感結合奶油及烘焙香料的味蕾。悠長的餘韻中帶有香料、淡淡的朱古力和餅乾的口感。

We proudly present to you Strathearn Single Malt, located at Highland, a remarkable expression from one of Scotland’s smallest distilleries!

This limited-edition single malt prioritizes flavor over yield, crafted using Maris Otter Malt. Bottled at 50% ABV, matured in the finest casks, it showcases a rich and refined profile, bottled at natural color and free from chill filtration.

With the nose revealing gentle oak, soft spices, and light fruits like apples and jammy apricots, this dram offers a wonderful viscosity on the palate, featuring buttery notes, golden syrup, and warming spices. The finish is medium length, with lingering spices, a hint of chocolate, and shortbread.
