This latest limited release is matured in Rare Ice Wine casks sourced from the snowy vineyards of Eastern Europe, creating a Whisky that balances elegance, sweetness and seasonal spice. 

The Influence of Ice Wine Casks

Ice Wine, produced from grapes naturally frozen on the vine, is celebrated for its luxurious, concentrated sweetness. By finishing Scallywag in these distinctive casks, the Whisky takes on an added depth - layering its Speyside character with notes of candied fruit, frosted orchard tones and silky honey'd richness.
