A truly lovely sherry influence: toffee, earthy black tea, roasted coffee beans, and old wood.
Medium-thick and savoury on the palate, Oloroso sherry cask impart an umami depth, where dark fruit and orange persist against a subtle, funky backdrop, yielding a dense, layered profile.
The finish brings sweet and savoury orange interlacing with fine wood tannins, while notes of lemon zest doughnuts extend into a medium-long, complex aftertaste.

Only 96 bottles produced and bottled at natural cask strength 53.5%  and is un-chill filtered to ensure that the personality of this cask remains.
